Almost everyone uses a mobile phone, but not everyone has good manners when you use one, how often do we see someone driving along the highway, maybe even the kids in the back, talking on their cell phone? It is not only very bad manners it is also illegal in most countries in the world.
There are some very simple guidelines, usually just common sense on how to use a cell phone without being obnoxious and really rude. How often I felt like someone yelling at their phone reminding that the signal does not carry any worse if you cut your voice! Then again, some people want others to hear all the details about your love life or should I get more milk from the store, may well make them feel important.
So what are the common courtesy rules while using your mobile phone?
1 Do not talk and drive.
2 No need to shout, that the phone is not a mega phone, it's very bad behavior, be quietly spoken, your mobile has a very sensitive microphone.

...5 All these guidelines are applicable to SMS, as well.
6 Do not forget to keep their mobile conversations private, you go out in society, and do not forget to justify when you do.
7 Obnoxious ring tones, well .. obnoxious, we do not want to hear the sounds or sounds of flatulence machine gun fire, noise, bad = bad manners, please no need for bells so loud as to all jump.
mobile phone has become so widely used very quickly, we have not really had a chance to get to them and I suspect some people are still coming to grips with a very basic cell phone etiquette. When in doubt put the phone on vibrate, so you can see who is calling and a note to call them back or go to a more private place to talk, to have good phone manners is just common sense.
