TAIPEI-the boss of High Tech Computer (HTC) North Asia, Jack Tung, optimistic that Windows Phone 7 code name ' Mango ' will succeed later.
Tung is very excited to see the current smart phone industry, he said that the industry will evolve into an environment with mixed platforms.
"With the advent of Mango, I'm sure it's platform will be a trend developing in the future," said Tung.
He said that the platform is Windows Phone 7 does not have some of the critical criteria, such as Chinese language support. However, Mango has significantly improved support for local content and support the Chinese language.
As reported by Digi Times, Thursday (1/10/2011), Tung predicted, would increase the number of orders in the Mango to four later.
HTC and Microsoft have maintained a partnership with the well, according to Tung they will continue to work together to expand the market for Mango later.
Mango has a pretty heavy on the rival early in its life, the Samsung Electronic's currently has a very strong market share in South Korea and China.
However HTC have focused on strengthening the product lines and sales. Tung hopes the Samsung and HTC will surpass the largest smartphone into North Asia region in the next three years.
